In light of current circumstances and out of concern for our dedicated staff, trades, purchasers and the larger community, the Remington Group and its divisions have made a number of measures to limit social interaction amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Most of our offices are closed to the public, although staff are still working and available on a limited basis.
Specifically, the Remington Group has taken the following necessary and responsible measures, which will be in place until further notice.
REMINGTON GROUP HEAD OFFICE (7501 Keele Street)
The Remington Group head office is closed to the public. We are available by email and telephone Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3pm.
REMINGTON HOMES SALES OFFICES
The Preserve (Oakville), Hello Georgetown (Halton Hills) and Thornhill Trails (Vaughan) presentation centres are closed to the public, but our sales team remains available to assist with sales and purchaser inquiries by email, phone or by appointment. REMINGTON HOMES CUSTOMER CARE CENTRES
Our customer care centres are closed to the public, but representatives are always available to assist you when issues arise. Please email lowriseservice@remingtongroupinc.com.
REMINGTON HIGH RISE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our customer service centres are closed to the public but will provide prompt responses should any issues arise. Please email highriseservice@remingtongroupinc.com.
DOWNTOWN MARKHAM PRESENTATION CENTRE
Our presentation centre at 162 Enterprise Blvd. has been closed to the public, but staff are available to existing and potential high rise purchasers by appointment or email only. Please call 905-948-9900 or email highrisesales@remingtongroupinc.com to make an appointment.
PRIDE OF CANADA CAROUSEL
The Pride of Canada Carousel at 8080 Birchmount Road is closed until further notice, and bookings are temporarily suspended.
REMINGTON DESIGN STUDIO
Open House Browsing on Saturday, March 21 and Saturday, March 28 have been cancelled. Please contact the studio at 905-477-5169 or by email at designstudio@remingtongroupinc.com to make an appointment at the Design Studio.
REMINGTON PARKVIEW GOLF COURSE
The golf course at 6400 Steeles Ave. E will remain closed until further notice to ensure the safety of its guests and staff. Updates on a potential opening day will be posted on Facebook or Twitter.
We urge everyone to follow the preventative actions outlined by the Ontario Ministry of Health to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19, and we strongly encourage everyone returning to Canada from overseas to follow the Ministry’s guidelines for self-isolation.
